We are a 24hr, 365 days a year conveyor maintenance company.

Our service teams are trained in every aspect of vulcanising, every member of our team holds an S.P.A passport, CSCS, manual handling,TSTS, working at heights, harness training, forklift and mobile platform licence. At TVVS Safety is our number one priority.

All our engineers are fully competent with a first class reputation. We pride ourselves in delivering a same day and efficient onsite service to breakdowns that is second to none at all times. The superior end result we achieve is owed to both our experienced engineers and also having access to some of the most up to date vulcanising equipment available on the market today. This enables us to reduce vulcanising times by up to 20%.

We currently hold one of the biggest UK rail contacts with BFK for the crossrail high speed rail link for London.

We are continually training our staff to maintain our already exemplary safety record. Method statements and risk assessments are provided for every job. We hold £5,000,000 insurance as a standard.

Safety with our equipment is essential. All of our lifting equipment is tested, tagged and certified: our electrical equipment is PAT tested. Registers for these are on board all of our vehicles.
