Rubber lining has become a large part of our business. Offering a full range of wear resistant rubbers from 35 to 90 shore complete with bonding layer or a plied finish. We can also offer from our extensive stock, sandwich scraper rubber and skirt rubber cut to width in 60 shore or a softer 50 shore.
One of our best selling ranges is steelback rubber sheets. This is stocked in various thicknesses from 15mm of rubber on 3mm of steel to 50mm of rubber on 5mm of steel. Standard sheet sizes are 1200mm x 2400mm.
Having stocks of many profiles and extrusions including screen capping rubber, weighbridge rubber and encapsulation grip strip enables immediate delivery.
Modular tiles are available in the following sizes:
300mm x 300mm from 15mm up to 75mm on 5mm C/W fixing hole.
325mm x 325mm x 45mm on 5mm C/W 2 fixing holes.
Our Unique polyethylene sheeting is pressed and plained to ensure the lowest coefficient of friction. This product reduces build up and blockages in hoppers and chutes.
Available from stock in 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 20mm thickness. Up to 100mm on request. We provide a full on site fitting service.
